- Description: उपासना की यहाँ प्रस्तुत रचानाएँ विधाओं के बीच आवाजाही का सुन्दर उदाहरण हैं। ये फ़्लैश फिक्शन के नज़दीक नज़र आती हैं लेकिन इनमें कविता, संस्मरण और स्केच की छायाएँ भी आती जाती दिखती हैं। इनमें ऐसे क्षणों को कोमलता से दर्ज किया गया है जो अन्यथा देखने से छूट जाते हैं। अछूती बिम्बात्मकता के बावजूद ये सरल भी हैं, बहुलार्थक भी। इनसे गुज़रकर पाठक के देखने और सोचने का तरीक़ा वह नहीं रह जाता, जो इससे पहले था। उसमें स्मृति के प्रति थोड़ी रागात्मकता बढ़ जाती है, दृष्टिकोण में कुछ अपरिचित आयाम जुड़ जाते हैं।
