If a book arrives wrong, we make it right.
Damaged, defective or wrong books are replaced free, or refunded if a replacement is not possible. This page explains what qualifies and how long each step takes.

What qualifies
Counted from the day the parcel is delivered.

Damaged in transit
Torn cover, crushed spine, water damage. Photos of the parcel and book needed.

Wrong book or edition
Different title, language or format from your order.

Missing, blank, repeated or misprinted pages.

Missing item
A book or set item listed on the invoice is not in the parcel.

Print books in saleable condition, unopened, within 7 days.

Digital books and audiobooks
Cannot be returned once opened in the app.
How a return works
Most cases close within a week.

Report it
Use Report an issue with your order number and two or three photos. Keep the original packaging.

We confirm
A person checks the photos and replies within one working day with the next step.

Pickup
Where a pickup is needed, the courier collects the book from your address at no cost to you.

Your replacement ships, or your refund is sent to the original payment method.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually reach you in 5โ7 days after approval.
I paid cash on delivery. How do I get the refund?
We will ask for bank or UPI details when your return is approved, and send it there.
Is the shipping charge refunded?
If the problem is on our side โ damaged, defective or wrong item โ yes. For a change of mind, the delivery charge is not refunded.
Can I exchange for a different book?
Yes, for a change of mind within 7 days, in saleable condition. Any price difference is settled at the time.
