सुजाता फुले-अम्बेडकरी चिन्तन से निर्मित थीं। वह जानती थीं कि दूसरे संस्थानों की तरह देश की न्याय व्यावस्था भी जातिवादी सोच के नियन्त्रण में है, इस मामले में उससे न्याय नहीं हो पाएगा। और ऐसा ही हुआ।
