- Description: ‘प्रेम और साजिश’ कहानी माधव और अंकिता के प्रेम-प्रसंग से शुरू होकर बहुत से अदभुत मोड़ों से गुजरकर खत्म होती है। अंकिता की शादी की खबर सुनकर माधव का दिल टूट जाता है और वह सुसाइड करने की सोचता है। माधव का ममेरा भाई उसको प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है। दो साल के अंदर एस.एस.सी. की प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा पास कर माधव सी.बी.आई. में सब इंस्पेक्टर बन जाता हैं। माधव की पोस्टिंग कोलकाता में होती है। माधव को बंगाली लडक़ी अन्नू से प्यार हो जाता है। इस बीच माधव को टॉलीवुड (बांग्ला फिल्म इंडस्ट्री) की मशहूर अभिनेत्री लीना डे, जिसकी लाश श्रीनगर के एक होटल में पानी से भरे टब में मिलती है, का केस दिया जाता है। केस की छानबीन से पता चलता है कि लीना सपरिवार जम्मू में अपने किसी रिश्तेदार की शादी में शामिल हुई थी। शादी के बाद लीना कश्मीर घूमना चाहती थी, पर उसका पति प्रसेनजित, जो एक फिल्म डायरेक्टर है, कश्मीर से कोलकाता आकर अभिनेत्री स्वास्तिका बनर्जी, जिसके साथ प्रसेनजित का अफेयर है, का जन्मदिन मनाता है। चूँकि घटना दूसरे राज्य में हुई थी, इसलिए पुलिस इसे नैसर्गिक मौत मानकर केस को रफा-दफा कर देती है। माधव असली अपराधी की तलाश में दिन-रात एक कर देता है। अपराधी कितना ही शातिर क्यों न हो, एक न एक दिन जरूर कानून के शिकंजे में फँस जाता है। कहानी कई पड़ाव पार करते हुए अंत में अपने अंजाम तक पहुँच ही जाती है।

- Description: "कलकत्ता के पास बैरकपुर की सैनिक छावनी में 34वीं बंगाल नेटिव इन्फैंट्री की पैदल सेना के सिपाही नंबर 1446 का नाम मंगल पांडे। भारत के पहले स्वातंत्र्य समर की ज्वाला सन् 1857 में उन्हीं के प्रयासों से धधकी। दरअसल 20 मार्च, 1857 को सैनिकों को नए प्रकार के कारतूस दिए गए। उन कारतूसों को मुँह में दाँतों से दबाकर खोला जाता था। वे गाय और सूअर की चरबी से चिकने किए गए थे, ताकि हिंदू और मुसलिम सैनिक धर्म के प्रति अनुराग छोड़कर धर्मविमुख हों। 29 मार्च को मंगल पांडे ने कारतूसों को मुँह से खोलने की उच्चाधिकारियों की आज्ञा मानने से इनकार कर दिया। सेना ने भी उनका साथ दिया। लेकिन ब्रिटिश उच्चाधिकारियों ने छलबलपूर्वक उन्हें बंदी बना लिया और आठ दिन बाद ही 8 अप्रैल, 1857 को उन्हें फाँसी दे दी। उनकी फाँसी की खबर ने देश भर में चिनगारी का काम किया और मेरठ छावनी से निकला विप्लव पूरे उत्तर भारत में फैल गया, जो स्वातंत्र्य समर के नाम से भी प्रसिद्ध हुआ। इसने मंगल पांडे का नाम इतिहास में स्वर्ण अक्षरों में दर्ज करा दिया। भारतीय क्रांतिकारी आंदोलन के एक प्रमुख हस्ताक्षर की प्रेरणाप्रद जीवनगाथा, जो अन्याय और दमन के प्रतिकार का मार्ग प्रशस्त करती है।"

- Description: शिवराज सिंह चौहान — 5 अप्रैल, 1959 को मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार में जन्म श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान अपनी सादगी, सहजता और कर्मठता के लिए राजनीति में अलग पहचान रखते हैं। उन्हें विरासत में राजनीति नहीं मिली। दर्शनशास्त्र में स्वर्ण पदक के साथ स्नातकोत्तर की शिक्षा पानेवाले शिवराज को आपातकाल का विरोध करने के कारण स्कूली जीवन में ही जेलयात्रा करनी पड़ी। अपने आरंभिक राजनीतिक काल में ही वे एक कुशल वक्ता के रूप में स्थापित हो गए थे। उनकी यह विशेषता उनके भाषणों में देखी जा सकती है। विद्यार्थी काल से सार्वजनिक जीवन में सक्रिय रहनेवाले शिवराज ने अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद से अपनी यात्रा आरंभ करते हुए भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा में प्रदेश व राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नेतृत्व प्रदान किया। 1990 में पहली बार बुधनी विधानसभा से भारतीय जनता पार्टी से विधायक निर्वाचित हुए और अगले ही वर्ष विदिशा लोकसभा से उपचुनाव लड़कर सांसद चुने गए। उसके बाद 1996, 1998, 1999 व 2004 में लगातार सांसद निर्वाचित हुए। 2005 में पार्टी ने उन्हें मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पद की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी। वे मध्यप्रदेश में सबसे लंबे समय तक मुख्यमंत्री रहनेवाले राजनीतिज्ञ हैं। शुरुआती राजनीतिक जीवन में पैदल यात्रा करने के कारण वे 'पाँव-पाँववाले भैया' कहलाए तो मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में जन कल्याणकारी कार्यक्रमों के चलते प्रदेश की जनता ने उन्हें अपना “मामा' मान लिया सांसद रहते हुए 2003 के विधानसभा चुनाव को छोड़कर कभी भी चुनावी पराजय का सामना नहीं करना पड़ा। मध्य प्रदेश विधानसभा में दिए गए अपने भाषणों में उन्होंने सदन की गरिमा और मर्यादा को हमेशा बनाए रखा। विरोधियों पर कटाक्ष और तर्कपूर्ण हमलों के साथ ही उनके प्रति आदरभाव में कभी कोई कमी नहीं आने दी। उन्होंने प्रदेश के विविध पहलूओं के अलावा समसामयिक विषयों पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए, जिनमें विकास की उनकी दृष्टि व अवधारणा समाहित रहती है तो सामाजिक मुद्दों पर उनका दृष्टिकोण व सोच उजागर होती है।
