- Description: "राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की स्थापना सन् 1925 में डॉ. केशवराव बलिराम हेडगेवार ने की थी, लेकिन इसे वैचारिक आधार द्वितीय सरसंघचालक माधवराव सदाशिवराव गोलवलकर ‘श्रीगुरुजी’ ने प्रदान किया था। संघ निर्माण के मात्र पंद्रह साल बाद ही डॉ. हेडगेवार गुजर गए, लेकिन अवसान से पहले उन्होंने श्रीगुरुजी को संघ का द्वितीय सरसंघचालक नियुक्त कर दिया था। द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध, भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन, आजाद हिंद फौज और नेताजी का देश की आजादी में योगदान, भारत विभाजन, देश की आजादी, कश्मीर विलय, गांधी हत्या, देश का पहला आम चुनाव, चीन से भारत की हार, पाकिस्तान के साथ 1965 व 1971 की लड़ाई—भारत का इतिहास बदलने और बनाने वाली इन घटनाओं के महत्त्वपूर्ण काल में न केवल श्रीगुरुजी संघ के प्रमुख थे, बल्कि अपनी सक्रियता और विचारधारा से उन्होंने इन सबको प्रभावित भी किया था। तत्कालीन भारतवर्ष के इतिहास में समादृत एक आध्यात्मिक पुरुष ही नहीं, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, जीवन-मूल्यों के प्रसारक के रूप में ख्यात ‘श्रीगुरुजी’ की प्रामाणिक जीवन-गाथा।

Apparently, Chanakya used these sutras to groom Chandragupta and other selected disciples in the art of ruling a kingdom.
