The ideas of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution of India, have always been distorted by the people involved in the Left and minority alliance, and the Congress. Due to their personal interests, they always presented Babasaheb as a leader of the downtrodden and Dalits. They tried to portray him as if he nowhere contributed to the upliftment and development of the country. Today these separatists want to spread unrest in the country on the pretext of a Dalit-Muslim alliance. Realising these things, Dr. Ambedkar talked about the complete transfer of the Hindu and Muslim populations in the event of the partition of the country in 1940. He gave Constitution to the country which is still protecting the integrity and unity of the country. He opposed Article 370 in the Constitution, but it was added because of Nehru's love for particular community. As a research student of Economics, he gave the idea of the Reserve Bank of India and the Finance Commission. As the Law Minister of the country, he prepare Hindu Code Bill, to paved the way for women’s empowerment and the right of women to inherit ancestral property. This book is an attempt to bring to light the nationalist thoughts of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and protray his contribution to the development of the nation.

- Description: नवजागरण अपने राष्ट्रीय जागरण व सुधारवादी आन्दोलन के दौरान अनेक सार्थक प्रयासों और अपनी सफलताओं के लिए जाना जाता है। यह वही दौर था जब साम्राज्य विरोधी चेतना एक विराट राष्ट्रीय आन्दोलन का रूप ले चुकी थी, और राष्ट्रवाद अपने पूरे उफान पर था। मगर बावजूद इसके यह दौर अनेक विडम्बनाओं और विरोधाभासों के साथ-साथ कई विवादों का जन्मदाता भी रहा है। सबसे बड़ी विडम्बना इसकी यह रही कि दलित-प्रश्न और स्त्री-लेखन इसके परिदृश्य से पूरी तरह ग़ायब रहे। विशेषकर स्त्री-मुक्ति की छटपटाहट और चिन्ता इसके चिन्तन के केन्द्र में जैसे रहे ही नहीं। स्त्री-शिक्षा के अभाव और पितृसत्तात्मक व्यवस्था की गहरी पैठ के चलते, यह छटपटाहट हिन्दी साहित्य के इस दौर के इतिहास में अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने से वंचित रह गई। बाद में इस काल के साहित्यिक परिदृश्य और विशेषताओं को हिन्दी के अनेक महानायकों ने रेखांकित और विश्लेषित किया, लेकिन उनकी नज़रों से भी यह छटपटाहट अलक्षित और ओझल ही रही। इन महानायकों के सामने पुरुषों द्वारा रचित वही लेखन रहा, जिसके कारण हिन्दी नवजागरण को अतिशयोक्ति में कभी-कभी ‘हिन्दू नवजागरण’ भी कहा जाता है। ऐसे में यह प्रश्न उठना स्वाभाविक है कि हिन्दी नवजागरण के शुरुआत से लेकर आधुनिक काल (द्विवेदी युग) का पूरा कालखंड स्त्री-लेखन (स्त्रियों द्वारा किया गया लेखन) रहित रहा है? आख़िर ऐसे कौन से कारण थे जिनके चलते स्त्री-लेखन के रूप में, जो भी लेखन प्रकाश में आया, वह पुरुषों द्वारा ही किया गया लेखन था? ये ऐसे प्रश्न हैं जो हिन्दी साहित्य में बड़ी बहस की माँग करते हैं। बड़ी इसलिए कि यह मात्र एक धारणा या भ्रामक प्रचार है कि हिन्दी नवजागरण और उसके बाद के कुछ दशकों के दौरान स्त्री-लेखन नहीं हुआ। ‘अबलाओं का इन्साफ़’ (1927) को इसके उदाहरण के रूप में देखा जा सकता है। यह आत्मकथा गम्भीर स्त्री-प्रश्नों के साथ-साथ उस पुरुषवादी मानसिकता और सोच को पूरी निर्ममता के साथ बेपर्दा और उनके ऊपर जमी गर्द को पोंछती है, जिसे या तो जानबूझकर पोंछा नहीं गया या किसी कारणवश छोड़ दिया गया।

अखिल भारतीय भोजपुरी सम्मेलन के दूसरे अधिवेशन 1974 में, अपने अध्यक्षीय भाषा में भिखारी ठाकुर का उल्लेख करते हुए राहुल सांकृत्यायन ने कहा था—हम लोगों की बोली में कितनी ताकत है, कितना तेज है, यह आप लोग भिखारी ठाकुर के नाटकों में देखते हैं। लोगों को क्यों अच्छे लगते हैं भिखारी ठाकुर के नाटक? क्यों दस-दस पन्द्रह-पन्द्रह हजार की भीड़ होती है इन नाटकों को देखने के लिए? लगता है कि इन्हीं नाटकों में जनता को रस मिलता है! जिस चीज में रस मिले, वही कविता है। किसी की बड़ी नाक हो और वह केवल दोष ही सूँघता फिरे तो उसके लिए... क्या कहा जाए। मैं यह नहीं कहता कि भिखारी ठाकुर के नाटकों में दोष नहीं हैं, दोष हैं तो उसका कारण भिखारी ठाकुर नहीं हैं, उसका कारण पढ़े-लिखे लोग हैं। वे लोग यदि अपनी बोली से नेह दिखलाते, भिखारी ठाकुर का नाटक देखते और उसमें कोई बात सुझाते तो ये सब दोष मिट जाते। भिखारी ठाकुर हम लोगों के एक अनगढ़ हीरा हैं। उनमें कुल गुण हैं, सिर्फ इधर-उधर थोड़ा तराशने की जरूरत है ।
यह पुस्तक उसी अनगढ़ हीरे के कृतित्व की समग्रता में पड़ताल करती है। यहाँ यह उल्लेख करना अनुचित नहीं होगा कि इस पुस्तक के लेखक ने ही भिखारी ठाकुर को अपने पी-एच.डी. का विषय बनाकर भोजपुरी के इस अप्रतिम नाटककार-कवि की तरफ अकादमिक जगत का ध्यान आकर्षित किया था। आज साहित्य-संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में भिखारी ठाकुर का नाम अपरिचित नहीं है तो इसमें तैयब हुसैन की भूमिका को अस्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता। इस पुस्तक में उन्होंने न केवल भिखारी के व्यक्तित्व-कृतित्व की बल्कि भोजपुरी समाज की और उसके सन्दर्भ से वस्तुत: उत्तर भारतीय समाज की सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक गुत्थियों को खोलने का प्रयास किया है जो निश्चय ही विचारणीय और बहसतलब है।
