- Description: लखनऊ जितना नवाबों के लिए जाना जाता है उतना ही शायरों के लिए भी। पर उस दिन के बाद ये शहर टैक्सी ड्राइवर शरद सिंह के लिए भी जाना जाने लगा । क़िस्मत ने ऐसा खेल खेला कि इस एक अकेले के पीछे शायराना शहर के सारे धुरंधर पड़ गये । जैसे चाहने वाले मीर की कब्र ढूढ़ते हैं वैसे मारने वाले शरद सिंह को ढूढ़ रहे थे । किसी ज़माने में इसी लखनऊ की गलियों में अपनी मोहब्बत के हाथों में हाथ डाले शरद नवाबों की तरह घूमता था । और अब हाल ये था कि जान बचाने के लिए मारा-मारा फिर रहा था । दिन जवानी के थे और दौर मुसीबतों का। वो वक़्त कुछ और था जब शरद किसी का जान-ए-जिगर हुआ करता था। अब जो थे वे जानी दुश्मन थे। बीते दिनों पिताजी शरद से लखनऊ छुड़वाना चाहते थे और शरद ने मना कर दिया था। पर हालात ने शरद को ऐसे मोड़ पे खड़ा कर दिया था कि वो हर साँस साँस में कह रहा था- लखनऊ अरे तौबा !

Firstly, thanks to @authorsink for publishing such a heart touching and yet a spine chilling novel. Also a big thanks to @b00k_mermaid for recommending this book! Its been a great experience. Absolutely loved the roller coaster ride the book had put me on. A totally unputdownable novel. The character, the events, the plot twists, an amazing work by Chirasree bose as she drops a nail biting thriller. @chirasreebose_ It's a story about a girl who was abandoned in childhood by her mother and her quest to discover the identity of her mom. The novel progresses slowly but grows immensely interesting when it is revealed that although the mother abandoned the protagonist, yet her thoughts still continue to haunt the daughter as she sees her mom everyday in the dreams, whispering to her, "There's blood on your heart". In another parallel, the protagonist's father is also sentenced to jail and she comes back to India to discover the reality. It is very clearly evident that the mother wants the daughter to know something and we as readers and the protagonist are on a jounrey to discover what is the truth, behind the deaths and her mother being unconsciously present in her mind. For all the thriller lovers, this is gonna be one of the all time favorites of yours, as I added it to mine. Definitely recommending it to everyone.
