Shyam Taneja is a science graduate from Rajasthan University, followed by a degree in Electrical Engineering with Honours from the University of Roorkee (now IIT). He is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad.
He has vast experience working in various organisations in myriad positions, as starting as a Trainee to a Managing Director. For more than two decades, he has founded ‘Unnati’ with a mission to make a difference in the lives of those touched. ‘Unnati’ works with small- and medium-sized organisations to help entrepreneurs enhance the Quality of Life and Business Performance. ‘Unnati’ conducts unique programmes of leadership development through a process that blends Eastern spiritual philosophies and the scientific experiments & discoveries of the West.
