Praveen Kumar Jha is a bilingual author in Hindi and English and a Norway based superspecialist doctor by profession. He is also a social media activist with numerous articles in digital and print media, alongwith an avid bilingual blogger. His debut book 'Chamanlal Ki Diary' had been a best-seller, and his travelogue 'Bhooton ke desh mein' and 'Nastikon ke desh mein' were published in 2018. The pathbreaking book for Praveen is 'Coolie lines' published by Vani Prakashan, a historical narrative on indentured labour- the largest migration in history. Praveen has also written short Kindle books based on music of Maihar and a tale on science education called Irodov Katha. His next book 'Wah Ustad' is based on schools of Hindustani music (gharanas).
