About Mayuram Vedanayakam Pillai
Meenakshi Tyagarajan has taught and worked in economic research, retiring as Adviser in the economics department of the Reserve Bank of India. Since her retirement, she has been living in Chennai. She has translated A Madhaviah's Tamil classic, Padmavati Charithiran, published by Katha.
