Mumbai based, arts-based therapy practitioner, Karen Claire, is an ICF certified mindset coach and parenting strategist.

In her two+ decades as a teacher and mentor, Karen has empowered children as they climb the ladder to emotional and academic fulfilment, empathised and worked with parents (so they don’t pull out their hair), and enriched family bonds.
