Chagamti Somayajulu. (Ch. So. 1915-1994) : Chagamti Somayajulu is one of the foremost modern Telugu story writers. He is described as 'the east of the Telugu story space' and was a member of the Progressive Literature Committee since its inception and was its president for many years. He has written only about fifty stories, but is a story writer who has written very little and gained a lot of fame and praise. He wrote his first story in 1942. His stories are unique in their plot and story-making style. This book is a collection of 22 of his selected stories.
