Bhu Dev Sharma, Ph.D. from Delhi University, taught there at Department of Mathematics; in 1979 joined as chair professor at University of the West Indies; in 1988 moved to Xavier University of Louisiana, USA; following that was President of Hindu University of America, Orlando; in 2002 joined Clark University, Atlanta; in 2008, he returned to India to join JP Institute of Information Technology, Noida; retired in 2014. Published more than 160 research papers, 23 books, guided 28 Ph.D. students; Chief Editor of journal JCISS; received awards from India’s Prime Minister, several institutions in USA, India, Trinidad, and Japan.
