Satti Khanna (Satendra Khanna) is a prominent academic, filmmaker, and translator recognized for bringing contemporary Hindi literature and cinema to an international audience. He recently retired as an Associate Professor of the Practice in the Department of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies at Duke University at the close of the 2025–26 academic year.
