Neelam Saxena Chandra, an author of 36 books, holds a record with the Limca Book of Records for the most publications in a year in English and Hindi (2015). She works as Joint Secretary (U.P.S.C.). She has won an award in a poetry contest by the American Embassy, the Premchand Award by the Ministry of Railways, the Rabindranath Tagore International Poetry Award, and the Freedom Award by Radio City for her lyrics.
