- Description: मैंने नेताजी से कहा कि इंटर स्टेट गैंग के कुख्यात इनामी डकैत भूरा यादव मारा गया है और 4 लोगों की जान बचाई गई है। यदि मैंने इस साहसिक मुठभेड़ के बाद पूरे थाने को निलंबित कर दिया तो पुलिस का मनोबल टूटेगा और ऐसी स्थिति में वे राम आसरे चौबे उर्फ फक्कड़ गैंग पर कैसे कार्रवाई करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्रीजी नाराज होकर मीटिंग से उठ गए। डी.जी.पी. घबराकर कहने लगे कि मैं सबको निलंबित करता हूँ। मैंने पुलिस महानिदेशक को साफ-साफ बता दिया कि मैं पुलिसजनों को निलंबित नहीं करूँगा। मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव ने वर्ष 2013 में एक ही दिन आतंकवादियों के मुकदमों की 14 चार्जशीटों को न्यायालय से वापस लेने के आदेश दिए थे, परंतु इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने उन्हें झटका दे दिया। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के न्यायमूर्ति आर.के. अग्रवाल और न्यायमूर्ति आर.एस.आर. मौर्या की पीठ ने निर्णय दिया कि आज आप आतंकवादियों को रिहा कर रहे हैं, कल आप उन्हें पद्मभूषण भी दे सकते हैं। इस पूरे घटनाक्रम के विश्लेषण से पता चलता है कि गोली शिवपाल सिंह के गनर राजेश की कार्बाइन से चली थी, जिसमें एस.आई. आर.पी. सिंह मारे गए और हेड कांस्टेबल सुरेंद्र सिंह घायल हो गए। साक्ष्य को मिटाने के लिए शिवपाल सिंह के गनर द्वारा कार्बाइन और 192 कारतूस इटावा पुलिस लाइन की आर्मरी में जमा कर दिए गए।
