Purabi Shridhar A former journalist for nearly three decades, Purabi Shridhar has worked with publications such as The Indian Express, Sunday Mail, and Femina. She has reported on politics, the secessionist movement, women's issues, and more. Along with co-author Sanghita Singh, she documented the food heritage of North-East India in The Seven Sisters: Kitchen Tales from the North-East. She is also among the authors of The Other and writes the blog Footloose and Foodist. She lives in New Delhi.
