यह उन दिनों की कथा है, जब आर्यों को भारत में आए बहुत दिन नहीं हुए थे और हड़प्पा-सभ्यता के आदि निवासियों से उनका संघर्ष चल रहा था। कहते हैं उन दिनों राजा नहीं थे, जब वेन जैसे उद्दंड व्यक्ति के शव-मन्थन से पृथु जैसा तेजस्वी पुरुष प्रकट हुआ और कालान्तर में मुनियों द्वारा उसे पहला राजा घोषित किया गया। पृथु यानी पहला राजा। राजा, यानी जो लोकों और प्रजा का अनुरंजन करे। पृथु ने अपनी पात्रता सिद्ध की अर्थात् उसके हाथ धरती को समतल बनाकर उसे दोहनेवाले सिद्ध हुए। परिणामत: धरती को भी एक नया नाम मिला—पृथ्वी।
निश्चय ही यह एक अत्यन्त चित्ताकर्षण और अर्थपूर्ण नाट्यकृति है।

सवर्णवाद के सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक वर्चस्व को चुनौती देनेवाले दलित साहित्य का आधार आधुनिक संवैधानिक मूल्य, मानव की सार्वभौमिक समानता और प्रजातंत्र में विश्वास है, और प्रेरणा का स्रोत उस अनन्त पीड़ा में है जो इस देश की दलित जातियों ने सदियों-सदियों अकारण और बिना कोई प्रतिरोध किए सही है। सन् 1914 में ‘सरस्वती’ में प्रकाशित हीरा डोम की कविता ‘अछूत की शिकायत’ से आरम्भ मानी जानेवाली दलित साहित्य की यात्रा अठारहवीं-उन्नीसवीं सदी के सामाजिक-राजनीतिक अदालतों और आज़ादी के बाद संविधान से मिले नए स्पेस से होती हुई आज एक स्थापित धारा का रूप ले चुकी है। मात्र प्रतिरोध और आक्रोश की कलाहीन अभिव्यक्ति के आरोपों को झुठलाते हुए अपनी रचनात्मकता को उसने एक भिन्न सौन्दर्यशास्त्रीय ज़मीन भी दी है।
प्रस्तुत संचयिता पिछली पूरी शताब्दी की दलित मनीषा के प्रमुख पड़ावों को संकलित करने का हिन्दी में सम्भवतः पहला सर्वांगीण प्रयास है। विद्रोह की तीव्र आकांक्षा को बेलाग स्वर में वाणी देनेवाली कविता, दलित जन के संघर्ष को गहराई से रेखांकित करनेवाली कहानी, दलित जीवन के अन्तर्बाह्य रेशों की व्याख्या करनेवाले उपन्यासों की स्वानुभूत पीड़ा की प्रामाणिक अभिव्यक्ति, आत्मकथा और अपनी पहचान के लिए लड़ रही रचना को ठोस वैचारिक आधार प्रदान करनेवाली आलोचना, सभी विधाओं का सम्यक् प्रतिनिधित्व इसमें हुआ है। उद्देश्य यही है कि दलित साहित्य के पाठकों, अध्येताओं और छात्रों को पीड़ा और प्रतिकार से उपजी सन्दर्भमूलक रचनाएँ एक जिल्द में उपलब्ध हो सकें; और दलित साहित्य का मूल स्वर कुछ प्रमुख रचनाओं के माध्यम से सामने लाया जाए।

This book examines Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's contributions to the growth of our nation and his function as its pillar. He supported the development of every person, thought everyone should have access to clean, safe drinking water, that rural areas should have access to power, that everyone should have access to employment possibilities, and that everyone should be informed of their rights to survival. In this book, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar have personas that are strikingly similar in their endeavours to advance the underprivileged segments of society. Making the nation "self-reliant" and maximising the potential of its natural resources and human resources are the goals of the current government's policies and reforms for the benefit of the general population. It also draws attention to the striking similarities between the two towering figures who overcame hardship to succeed and sought to overthrow repressive social structures with which they were personally familiar. Apart from these, I loved the quality of the book, it's pages, printing, design, everything is so apt. I received the book on time, and the packaging was done well.
