ये किरदार इसलिए अनोखे बन पड़े हैं, क्योंकि इनमें ज़िन्दगी का संगीत है। दु:खों और अभावों के बीच कराहती मानवता का मज़ाक़ नहीं उड़ाया गया है। तकलीफ़ों के बयान में महानता का मुलम्मा भी नहीं चढ़ाया गया है।
