दिल की बेचैनी ने आज जल्दी जगा दिया। श्रीमती जी अपनी खूबसूरती लिए आराम से सो रहीं थी, मैं उठ कर बाहर आ गया। अख़बार वाला आज जल्दी अख़बार रख गया था। अख़बार उठाया तो वो दूर से टाटा करता हुआ नज़र आया। चेहरे पर ख़ुद-ब-ख़ुद एक मुस्कान ठहर गई।अख़बार पढ़ तैयार हुआ, तब तक पत्नी ने गरम चाय, अपने नरम होठों के साथ पीला दी। दफ्तर तक जाने में किए ऑटो-वाले ने, आज फिर कोई मज़ेदार किस्सा सुनाया, दिल खुश हो गया। ऑफ़िस का दिन भी सह-कर्मियों के साथ हँसी-मज़ाक में निकल गया। सालों से इनके साथ रिश्ता घर-सा हो गया है।वापसी में पत्नी जी के लिए एक खास गजरा लिया, जो फूलवाले ने आदत में डाल दिया है। बच्चों के लिए फल ले लिए। ज़िन्दगी कुछ ऐसे ही चलती जा रही है।बेमौसम बरसात हो गयी, छतरी थी नहीं, भीग गए। घर पहुँचे, तो सब ने घेर लिया, लगे ‘हाल’ पूछने। कपड़े बदल सोफे पर बैठा, तो चाय के साथ पकोड़े तैयार थे। बिना बोले श्रीमती जी ने सर दबाना शुरू कर दिया और बच्चों ने पाँव। सबको यों पास देख, दिल को सुकून मिला, लगा जैसे जिंदगी की धुप-छाँव, इन सभी रिश्तों की छतरी तले आराम से निकल जाएगी। रात, हमसफ़र के साथ, एक-दूसरे की बाहों में सिमट, चैन से सो गया।

It is a pioneer work in the field of Hindi lexicography, lexicology and the linguistic analysis connected with it, because :
It is the first Hindi dictionary that contains :
(a) all simple verbs (e.g. आना, जाना, मरना...), as well as
(b) all compound verbs (e.g. group II : चल देना, डूब मरना, भगा ले जाना, उठ खड़ा होना...) and group II : दे भगाना, ले चलना, ले डूबना...) of the present standard language, in both its written and spoken form.
The laxical meanings of all simple and compound verbs :
(a) age given in detail in English and
(b) are illustrated by representative examples of their employment taken from written and spoken taxts.
The compound verbs of group I, e.g., चल देना, डूब मरना, etc., have, in most cases, the same lexical meaning(s) as the first verb of them when this one is used as an autonomous lexeme, e.g. : डूबना4 = डूब मरना1, both meaning, here, ''to drown oneself''; the difference between these two verb forms ties in their grammatical, i.e., above all, aspectual, meanings, but also in their lexical properties and their syntactic and pragmatic functions; the compound verbs of group II, e.g., दे भगाना, ले डूबना etc. are isolated lexemes, i.e., they do not have the same lexical meaning(s) as their first member when this one is used autonomously or alone.
These phenomena cannot be fully demonstrated by the lexical equivalents of the Hindi verbs in English, therefore they are, as far as possible, additionally explained (a) in the 'Introduction' of the dictionary, (b) in the entries of the verb lexemes and (c) by means of the textual examples of their usage.
The dictionary will fill an important gap in the analysis and description of Hindi and thus it will prove to be an indipensable work for all speakers, learners and teachers of Hindi whether in India or abroad.

Many of the different religions that have emerged from divided and self- oriented consciousness are flourishing only because of their ego, selfishness and aggressiveness. This very aggressiveness adopted under the cover of religion is ‘Communalism’. This aggressiveness was adopted sometimes for political reasons, sometimes for economic reasons and sometimes for social reasons. Today, the situation has deteriorated to the extent that the money power, wiles and muscle power are being used openly by different groups to impose their own so-called religious philosophies, that too in the name of civilisation and culture. The goal of religion is to eliminate discriminatory misconceptions and ignorance. But the reality is that this elimination has to be done through cognition at the individual level itself. From this point of view, the existence of the power of duality cannot be denied. Just as the existence of wave in the ocean cannot be denied, the existence of the wave of duality in the ocean of the Supreme Consciousness will have to be accepted; but keeping in mind that the real existence is not that of the wave but of the ocean.
