यह किताब खुद को रचने और अपनी बात पहुँचाने की सुजाता पारमिता की अन्तिम कोशिश और अन्तिम पुकार है। अनवरत संघर्ष में कुछ पलों के सर्जनात्मक संयोजन से ही यह किताब निर्मित हो पाई है जिसे खुद सुजाता ने तैयार किया। किताब में कुल पच्चीस आलेख शामिल हैं। किताब का पहला लेख ‘खैरलांजी-दलित-नरसंहार’ भारत में जाति आधारित नरसंहार का मानचित्र प्रस्तुत करता है। सवर्ण समाज के हित में कार्य करनेवाली सरकारों के औचित्य पर सवाल खड़ा करनेवाले इस आलेख की जद में न्याय व्यवस्था भी है। खैरलांजी हत्याकांड सन् 2006 में हुआ था। इस हत्याकांड में एक महार परिवार के सभी सदस्यों की बहुत बेदर्दी से हत्या कर दी गई थी। अब पीड़ित परिवार का अन्तिम परिजन भी न्याय की आशा में दुनिया छोड़ चुका है।</p>
<p>सुजाता फुले-अम्बेडकरी चिन्तन से निर्मित थीं। वह जानती थीं कि दूसरे संस्थानों की तरह देश की न्याय व्यावस्था भी जातिवादी सोच के नियन्त्रण में है, इस मामले में उससे न्याय नहीं हो पाएगा। और ऐसा ही हुआ।

‘तुम्हारा नानू’ में नामवर सिंह के अपनी बेटी समीक्षा ठाकुर को लिखे पत्रों को संकलित किया गया है। ये पत्र 1986 से 2005 के बीच लिखे गए थे और इनका उद्देश्य यात्राओं में अपने देखे स्थलों और अन्य अनुभवों से अपनी बेटी को परिचित कराना था।
इन पत्रों को संकलित करते हुए समीक्षा जी उनकी रोज़-रोज़ की यात्राओं और व्यस्तताओं का हवाला देते हुए बताती हैं कि वापस घर आने पर वे रस ले-लेकर वहाँ के बारे में बताते और चाहते कि बेटी भी उन जगहों को देखे। इसीलिए बाद में उन्होंने अपनी देखी-जानी चीजों को पत्रों में लिखना शुरू कर दिया।
पत्रों की अपनी एक उष्मा होती है, जो अब मोबाइल और मेल के ज़माने में दुर्लभ है। इन पत्रों को पढ़ते हुए हम वह उष्मा भी महसूस करते हैं, और नामवर सिंह की दृष्टि की बारीकी से भी परिचित होते हैं।
पुस्तक में समीक्षा ठाकुर लिखित दो आलेख भी शामिल किए गए हैं। इनमें उन्होंने अपने पिता नामवर, हिन्दी के महान आलोचक नामवर, सबके चहेते नामवर, और वक्ता नामवर के साथ नामवर जी के जीवन के कई पहलुओं पर रौशनी डाली है। एक पठनीय और संग्रहणीय पुस्तक!

- Description: "स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के क्रांतिदूत नेताजी सुभाषचंद्र बोस का जन्म 23 जनवरी, 1897 को उड़ीसा के कटक शहर में हुआ था। बचपन से ही सुभाष पढ़ाई में बडे़ कुशाग्र बुद्धि के थे। इंग्लैंड से पढ़ाई करके लौटने पर सुभाष कलकत्ता के प्रसिद्ध स्वतंत्रता सेनानी देशबंधु चित्तरंजन दास के साथ काम करना चाहते थे। उन दिनों गांधीजी ने अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ असहयोग आंदोलन छेड़ रखा था। उनके साथ सुभाष बाबू उस आंदोलन में सहभागी हो गए और जल्द ही देश के एक महत्त्वपूर्ण युवा नेता बन गए। सन् 1928 में जब साइमन कमीशन भारत आया तो कलकत्ता में सुभाष बाबू ने इस आंदोलन का नेतृत्व किया। सुभाष बाबू गांधीजी और कांग्रेस के तौर-तरीकों से असहमत थे। गांधीजी के विरोध के बावजूद वे कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष चुने गए, पर कार्यकारिणी का सहयोग न मिलने पर उन्होंने त्याग-पत्र दे दिया। नजरबंदी में ब्रिटिश सरकार की आँखों में धूल झोंककर वे जापान पहुँचे और आजाद हिंद फौज की स्थापना की। उन्होंने नारा दिया—‘तुम मुझे खून दो, मैं तुम्हें आजादी दूँगा।’ उन्होंने भारत की आजादी के लिए सशस्त्र संघर्ष किया। सुभाष की राष्ट्रभक्ति बेमिसाल है। उनकी मृत्यु के बारे में अभी तक रहस्य बना हुआ है। कहा जाता है कि 23 अगस्त, 1945 को उनका विमान दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया था। राष्ट्रनायक सुभाष बाबू आज भी अदम्य प्रेरणा के स्रोत हैं।
