रमेश उपाध्याय (01 मार्च 1942-24 अप्रैल 2021 ) हिंदी साहित्य के प्रख्यात लेखक, संपादक और आलोचक रहे हैं। वे दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में प्राध्यापक और 'कथन' पत्रिका के संपादक रहे। उनके प्रकाशित कहानी संग्रह, उपन्यास, नाटक, निबंध आदि की संख्या पचास से अधिक है। केंद्रीय हिंदी संस्थान, आगरा, उ.प्र. हिंदी संस्थान, हिंदी अकादमी, दिल्ली सहित कई संस्थाओं से सम्मानित श्री उपाध्याय ने बाल साहित्य भी लिखा। पार्थ सेनगुप्ता बच्चों की 100 से अधिक पुस्तकों के चित्रकार हैं। उन्होंने गवमेंट कॉलेज ऑफ आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट, कोलकाता से शिक्षा ग्रहण की और वे अब दिल्ली में रहते हैं। वे लगभग एक दशक तक हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स के लिए काम करते रहे।
