डॉ. हीरा लाल, IAS - डॉ. हीरा लाल प्रतिष्ठित भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारी हैं। इन्होंने अपने लंबे सेवाकाल के दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश शासन में अत्यंत महत्त्वपूर्ण पदों पर कार्य करते हुए अपनी नेतृत्व क्षमता, सरलता और कार्यकुशलता से आम जनता से जुड़े हुए सरोकारों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया है।
