मैं इस किताब को अपने पिता को समर्पित करना चाहता हूँ जो मेरे गुरू और मेरे हीरो भी थे। मैंने बचपन से उन्हें हर पल को जीते देखा। वह कहते थे कि कोई भी ब्रांड यूँ ही नहीं बन जाता है। उसके लिए वर्षों तक लगातार क्वालिटी सर्विस देनी पड़ती है और तभी कस्टमर का भरोसा जीता जाता है।
