- Description: मैं पहली बार 2014 में नागपुर से लोकसभा सांसद चुना गया। इससे पहले मैं महाराष्ट्र विधान परिषद् में 1989 से लगातार 20 वर्ष तक सदस्य रहा हूँ। वर्ष 1995 में 1999 तक मैंने महाराष्ट्र सरकार में लोक निर्माण मंत्री का कार्यभार भी सँभाला है। विधायिका और प्रशासन में काम करने का लंबा अवसर मिला। लोकसभा सदस्य के नाते एवं केंद्रीय मंत्री के रूप में मैंने संसदीय कार्य में अपना भरपूर योगदान देने का प्रयास किया है। पिछले पाँच साल में कई महत्त्वपूर्ण विधेयक मेरे द्वारा संसद् में प्रस्तुत किए गए। कई महत्त्वपूर्ण विधेयक पारित भी हुए हैं। दोनों सदनों में प्रश्नोत्तरकाल में मैंने विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों के सदस्यों की ओर से उठाई गई समस्याओं का समाधान करने का प्रयास किया है। इसी दृष्टिकोण के साथ मैंने सभी दल के सांसदों की क्षेत्रीय समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेकर उसे सुलझाने का प्रयास किया। इस पाँच साल की अवधि में मुझे नमामि गंगा, जल संसाधन और ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय की जिम्मेदारी भी अल्पावधि के लिए मिली थी। मेरी कोशिश रही कि इन सभी मंत्रालयों के कामकाज की सही जानकारी से प्रत्येक सदस्य अवगत रहे। यह पुस्तक संसद् में मेरे द्वारा किए गए प्रयासों का संकलन है। संकलन का कार्य दो भागों में किया गया है। 2014 से 2016 तक का पहला खंड आ चुका है। इस खंड में 2017 से 2019 तक के संसदीय कार्यों का ब्यौरा है। मैं समझता हूँ कि इस संकलन से मुझे भविष्य में प्रेरणा मिलती रहेगी। इस प्रयास के लिए संपादक एवं प्रकाशक को मेरी हार्दिक शुभेच्छाएँ। यह केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री नितिन गडकरीजी के संसदीय कामकाज का संकलन है। पिछले पाँच सालों में सड़क परिवहन, पोत परिवहन, जल संसाधन और नमामि गंगा मंत्रालय में कई महत्त्वपूर्ण काम हुए हैं। उनके काम करने के तरीके में रचनात्मक सोच तथा नए तकनीकी प्रयोग के बेजोड़ उदाहरण सामने आए हैं, जिन्हें सँजोना आवश्यक लगा। देश ने पाँच वर्ष में एक्सप्रेस-वे और जलमार्ग से यात्रा की परिकल्पना को साकार होते देखा है। यह संकलन इस उद्देश्य से किया गया है कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में सक्षम एवं समृद्धशाली भारत बनाने की दिशा में किए गए सतत प्रयासों में ये तथ्य साक्ष्य के रूप में कारगर भूमिका निभाएँगे। संसद् में सड़क परिवहन और जल परिवहन से संबंधित कई विधेयक प्रस्तुत किए गए। इनमें विकास व रोजगार के साथ-साथ मानवीय पक्ष भी रहा है, जैसे मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट (संशोधन) विधेयक लाने के पीछे उद्देश्य देश में हर साल होनेवाली पाँच लाख से ज्यादा सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को कम करना है; वाराणसी से हल्दिया (कोलकाता) तक जलमार्ग को मूर्त रूप देना। 2014 से 2019 के बीच श्री गडकरी ने संसद् में जो कहा, उसे पूरा करने का हरसंभव प्रयास किया। कुंभ-2019 के पहले उनकी तरफ से गंगा जल की निर्मलता के लिए किया गया अथक प्रयास सार्थक साबित हुआ। पिछले पाँच साल में गडकरीजी ने राष्ट्र विकास के विजन को जिस मिशन के तहत किया है, वह देश की उन्नति के लिए मील का पत्थर बनेगा।

I started writing regularly tracking the journey of COVID-19, its fall out and the transformation in our lives as a sequel and sharing on electronic media. Nevertheless I could peep into some aspects, and the veil did lift a bit, going through treasured writings of the extraordi- nary authors and exalted souls like Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, Paramhansa Yogananda, and Sri Aurobindo. Above all Rabindranath Tagore’s Gitanjali, a collection of highly inspirational poems, devoted to the universal Lord, did leave an indelible imprint in my mind.

एक ही तरह के बहुत से ऊतक मिलकर शरीर के अंग विशेष का निर्माण करते हैं। उदाहरणार्थ—मस्तिष्क के निर्माण में तंत्रिका कोशिकाएँ भाग लेती हैं। ये पहले ऊतक बनाती हैं और ऊतक मिलकर ही मस्तिष्क और तंत्रिका तंत्र का निर्माण करते हैं। इसी तरह पेशीय ऊतक, शरीर की पेशियों का निर्माण करते हैं। सम्बन्धित रचना के अनुसार ऊतकों के भी कई प्रकार होते हैं, जैसे संयोजी ऊतक, जो शरीर के अंगों को परस्पर जोड़े रखता है। अस्थि ऊतक जो अस्थियाँ बनाते हैं। उपकला ऊतक त्वचा या अंगों की ऊपरी पर्त का निर्माण करता है। बहुत से ऊतक मिलकर शरीर के अंग और विभिन्न प्रणालियाँ बनाते हैं और इन अंगों और प्रणालियों से मिलकर पूरा शरीर बनता है।
