Yogendra Singh Yadav was born on May 10, 1980 in the Ahir village of Aurangabad in Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh. Rank—Grenadier, Retired as Honorary Captain Unit—18 Grenadiers War—Kargil War (Operation Vijay – 1999) Award—ParamVir Chakra Recognition—five months old when he joined the Indian Army. He became the youngest 'ParamVir Chakra' awardee at the age of 19 years. The entire world will always remember the exemplary valour displayed by the Indian soldiers in the Kargil war. Grenadier Yogendra Singh Yadav not only defeated the enemy but also dodged death in this war. At the time of receiving the ParamVir Chakra award he was only 19 years of age. He is the youngest soldier to have received the ParamVir Chakra.

"Who Were the Shudras?—Is a book about the history of the Shudra (lowest) varna of the Indian caste system written in 1946 by Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. The book is dedicated to Jyotirao Phule and intends to break the myth about Shudras being an untouchable caste in India. Ambedkar cites the Indian scriptures like The Vedas and Mahabharata among others to argue that Shudras were in fact Aryan kings who fell to a substandard caste after a long-drawn conflict with the Brahmans. Ambedkar also discusses the Aryan race theory and does not agree on the Indo-Aryan migration that has often been considered canon in the history of the race. The book is a debunking of myths and ideologies and hopes to achieve a sense of tolerance for a misunderstood and ill-treated caste in India."

हिंदी तथा अन्यान्य भाषाओं के व्याकरणों से उचित सहायता लेने पर भी इस पुस्तक में जो विचार प्रकट किए गए हैं और जो सिद्धांत निश्चित किए गए हैं, वे साहित्यिक हिंदी से ही संबंध रखते हैं। यहाँ यह कह देना अनुचित न होगा कि हिंदी व्याकरण की छोटी-मोटी कई पुस्तकें उपलब्ध होते हुए भी हिंदी में, इस समय अपने विषय और ढंग की यही एक व्यापक और संभवतः मौलिक पुस्तक है। इसमें प्रसिद्ध वैयाकरण श्री कामताप्रसाद गुरु का कई गं्रथों का अध्ययन और कई वर्षों का परिश्रम तथा विषय का अनुराग एवं स्वार्थत्याग सम्मिलित है। इस व्याकरण में अन्यान्य विशेषताओं के साथ-साथ एक बड़ी विशेषता यह भी है कि नियमों के स्पष्टीकरण के लिए इसमें जो उदाहरण दिए गए हैं, वे अधिकतर हिंदी के भिन्न-भिन्न कालों के प्रतिष्ठित और प्रामाणिक लेखकों के ग्रंथों से लिये गए हैं। इस विशेषता के कारण पुस्तक में यथासंभव अंधपरंपरा अथवा कृत्रिमता का दोष नहीं आने पाया है। अपने गुण-वैशिष्ट्य और प्रस्तुति के कारण हिंदी व्याकरण पर अब तक की सबसे प्रामाणिक और व्यावहारिक पुस्तक।
